Terms Entered in Search Tools
A name, place, or other query entered in an embedded search box is sent to the outside provider that operates that tool. Pinal County Busted Mugshots does not store or log those search terms on its own systems. The provider's privacy terms govern its handling of the query and any later account activity.
Messages Sent to Us
If a visitor sends an email or contact message, we retain the message and supplied contact details long enough to respond and maintain an appropriate record of the exchange. We do not share that correspondence outside the organization unless disclosure is required by law.
Technical Data Collected Automatically
Ordinary web technology can create a limited technical record when a page loads. Depending on the service in use, that record may include:
- The visitor's Internet Protocol address.
